Contract Agreement between LestacNora Bali and Lestac India
Lestac Nora Bali DMC is glad to announce that we have now expanded our reach to India with the help of Lestac. We have tied up with Lestac to represent our Bali DMC in India. On April 13, 2021, Lestac and Lestac Nora Bali DMC entered into a contract where Lestac was appointed to represent Lestac Nora Bali DMC in India.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of April 13, 2021, between Lestacnora Bali, a company registered and operating in Indonesia (“Lestacnora Bali”), and Lestac, a company registered and operating in India (“Lestac”).
Representing Rights: Lestacnora Bali hereby grants representing rights to Lestac to act as its representative in India for the purpose of facilitating travel services provided by Lestacnora Bali to agents in India.
Payment Collection: Lestac is authorized to collect payments on behalf of Lestacnora Bali for services rendered to Indian agents by Lestacnora Bali. Indian agents shall make payments for services directly to Lestac in the currency specified in the invoice provided by Lestacnora Bali.
Bank Account Details: Lestac shall provide Indian agents with the necessary bank account details for remitting payments. Payments shall be made in the currency specified in the invoice and shall be transferred to the designated Indian bank account of Lestac.
Communication: Lestacnora Bali shall liaise with Indian agents and provide necessary assistance and support from its team based in Indonesia. All communications, including inquiries, bookings, and assistance, shall be facilitated through Lestacnora Bali’s team in Indonesia.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of this agreement.
Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by either party with 180 days written notice. Upon termination, all representing rights granted herein shall cease, and Lestac shall cease collecting payments on behalf of Lestacnora Bali.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia.
